Eosphoros

The morning star for your physical world.

A world-scale physical asset management and control system for homes, businesses, facilities, and real-world operations.

Eosphoros is the Morning Star layer of the He⁴ project: the system for understanding and controlling the physical assets around you. It represents your home, business, facility, equipment, machines, objects, infrastructure, documentation, parts, and controls as one living asset system. It tracks where each asset comes from, what it can be used for, how it interacts with everything else, how it can be moved or manipulated, and how it can be controlled to shape your life and the world around you.

Asset Control & Interaction

Understand how assets interact with systems, people, spaces, operations, energy, workflows, sensors, controls, and other assets.

What Eosphoros is actually about

The morning star for your physical world.

Workflow

Capture the physical world, map it, understand it, and operate it with context.

  1. Walkthrough Capture — scan a home, facility, mechanical room, production line, panel, machine, vehicle, tool room, or asset area with video, photos, QR/NFC, and nameplate captures.
  2. Visual ID + OCR — identify asset type, make, model, serial, ratings, labels, relationships, and confidence scores before anything becomes permanent.
  3. Asset Graph + Location — normalize every object into an asset registry, connect dependencies, and pin assets to rooms, zones, maps, floor plans, and digital twins.
  4. Docs + Utility — procure manuals, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, parts lists, submittals, procedures, warranty data, and usage context.
  5. Operate + Control — monitor, maintain, dispatch, procure, automate, manipulate, and control assets through permissioned workflows and edge-safe integrations.
Core product modules

Home & Business Assets

  • Manage everything tangible: equipment, tools, machines, furniture, inventory, building systems, smart-home devices, vehicles, rooms, panels, parts, and documents.
  • Know what exists, where it lives, what condition it is in, what it connects to, who owns it, and what needs to happen next.
  • Use maps, floor plans, room pins, site views, and 3D asset proxies to move from world → location → asset → action.

Origin & Utility

  • Dictate and discover where each asset comes from: manufacturer, model, serial, supplier, documentation, material, compliance, cost, and maintenance history.
  • Understand what each asset can be used for, what it is capable of, what parts it needs, and what value it can create.
  • Connect procurement, replacement parts, lead times, alternates, bills of material, warranty data, and vendor documentation to the asset itself.

Asset Control & Interaction

  • Understand how assets interact with systems, people, spaces, operations, energy, workflows, sensors, controls, and other assets.
  • Control connected systems through secure edge gateways, Mini-BAS dashboards, schedules, alarms, setpoints, overrides, trends, and audit trails.
  • Support PLC design, IO lists, sequences of operation, BOMs, open-code scaffolds, and reviewed automation paths for machines and mechanisms.
Integrations

Mapping, scanning, and intelligence

  • Google Maps, Apple MapKit, ARKit, RoomPlan, ARCore Depth, camera capture, OCR, barcode/QR, Gemini multimodal vision, and image-generation tools for digital twin artifacts.
  • n8n workflows and webhooks for documentation requests, vendor follow-ups, alarms, approvals, work orders, procurement, notifications, and system syncs.

Controls, protocols, and supply chain

  • BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, Matter, smart-home bridges, BAS/PLC networks, and segmented on-site gateways for read/write control paths.
  • DigiKey, Mouser, Octopart/Nexar, vendor catalogs, exports, BOM fulfillment, alternates, pricing, lead times, and procurement workflows.
Safety and guardrails
  • Newly discovered assets and uncommissioned sites are read-only by default until controls, approvals, and safety boundaries are verified.
  • Role-based actions, dual approvals where needed, audit trails, edge-gateway network boundaries, and change-management records protect physical systems.
  • Safety-critical controls require engineering review, appropriate hardware interlocks, commissioning, and professional responsibility before real-world actuation.
